This legal notice identifies who is responsible for FastCV AI and sets out the site's general terms of use, in line with Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSI-CE), which applies to this site.
Site owner
FastCV AI is a personal project run by Martí Valenzuela Cano, not operated through any registered company or self-employed business. The site includes advertising (Google AdSense) to help cover its costs. For any query, you can write to valenzuela.marti@gmail.com.
Purpose of the site
FastCV AI provides a free tool to create and improve resumes with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is free to use, requires no registration or payment, and data entered by the user is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
FastCV AI's design, code, text, and graphic elements belong to its owner, unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Content a user enters into their own resume (personal details, experience, text) remains exclusively theirs; FastCV AI claims no rights over it.
Liability
Content generated or improved with AI is a writing aid, not a guarantee of outcome — always review your resume before using it. FastCV AI is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and is not liable for decisions you make or for the results of job applications based on generated content.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be subject to the competent courts under applicable regulations.
